FAQ
Trade questions
Do you have a minimum order for trade projects?
No. Lumber Frames prices trade work per project, from a single statement piece for a designer's client to full hotel and office fit-outs.
Can you work to our specification and drawings?
Yes. Send elevations, room schedules or a specification and we will frame, print and label every piece to it, and propose alternatives where a finish or size needs adjusting.
Do you provide samples before production?
Yes. We provide moulding, mount and glazing samples — and printed proofs where artwork is being reproduced — for approval before the run starts.
Do you install on site?
Yes. Our team delivers and installs across the UAE for hotels, offices, retail and residential projects, and can work outside operating hours to avoid disrupting guests or staff.
Can you source the artwork as well as frame it?
Yes. We source and commission artwork to a brief, reproduce approved images as giclée or canvas prints, and frame everything as one package.
